Use Verbly respectfully, pay for what you use, don't do anything illegal, and we'll do our best to provide a great service. Your voice data belongs to you.

Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using Verbly, you agree to these Terms.
If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
These terms apply to all users, free and paid.

What Verbly Is (and Isn't)
Verbly is an AI-powered language practice tool that helps users improve speaking skills through simulated conversations.
Verbly:
- Uses AI for practice and feedback
- Does not guarantee fluency or outcomes
- Is not a replacement for professional instruction, therapy, or certification

Acceptable Use
You may:
- Use Verbly for personal language practice
- Save and review sessions
- Receive AI-generated feedback
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or extract AI systems
- Use Verbly for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities
- Harass or impersonate others
- Share or resell accounts
- Use automation, scraping, or bots
- Circumvent usage limits or safeguards
Accounts & Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old
- Users under 18 require parental permission
- You are responsible for securing your account
- Information you provide must be accurate
Subscriptions & Payments
Billing
- • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- • Charges occur at the start of each billing period
- • Payments are processed by Apple, Google, or other authorized providers
Free Trials
If offered, trials convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime through your platform's account settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refunds
Refunds follow the policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We may assist where possible but do not control platform refund decisions.
Intellectual Property
Verbly's software, AI behavior, design, and branding are owned by us.
These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the app — nothing more.
AI Limitations
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in rare cases.
You agree to use the service with judgment and understand its limitations.

Termination
You may close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these terms
- Abuse the service
- Create legal or security risks
Termination may result in loss of saved data.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Verbly is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific results.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:

These terms are governed by applicable laws based on your place of residence, without restricting consumer rights mandated by local law.
